Youth football Academy with a view of education of healthy youth, formation of a healthy way of life among young football players, development of scientifically - methodical base for preparation of highly skilled sportsmen and qualitative preparation of a reserve for the main club, youthful, youth and Olympic national teams of Uzbekistan on football, the organizations and maintenance of participation of soccer teams of Academy in republican and international competitions, and also propagation and developments of football movement in Republic Uzbekistan.
The football Academy is the centre of preparation for the further development and increase of level of sports skill of the presented and talented young boys, and also is called along with problems of an average comprehensive school, to provide selection and preparation of young football players for acquisition of the basic structure of club and national teams of Uzbekistan.
The football Academy urged to provide all-the-year-round training employment on football for what has corresponding material and training sports base, and also a stationary sports centre.

- Granting of possibility of consecutive growth of football players from children-youthful, youth, and amateur level to professional level;
- Expansion of base playing football and creation of conditions for positive life experience to children and young men.
